You are warmly invited to this collective care event offering all an opportunity for rest and restoration within an intentional, kind and grounding circle. For this edition, we will cocreate a centerpiece or altar. You are invited to bring an object for this.

I will introduce some personal cultural practices and then guide us through mindful and somatic exercises. Together we will create a space for all that needs to be seen, said, felt and grounded.

All are welcome, all backgrounds and levels of experience are welcome. Please bring a drink, dish, or snack to share—vegetarian if possible. If you have accessibility needs, please get in touch directly. Our venue is unfortunately not barrier free.

Spaces are limited, please register as soon as possible and by Monday 30.3 so we can prepare accordingly. Thank you!

Entry:

10/20/30 Euros suggested sliding scale. €10: tight resources, €20: adequate resources, €30: abundant resources. Please decide what suits you best in that range, get in touch if €10 is a stretch. Donations support reSource, help cover our costs and sustain this work.

19:30-20:30 Integrating and sharing food and drink

You are welcome to arrive from 18:00 on, so we can start at 18:30 settled and fuss-free.

What to bring:

• an object for the centerpiece, it can be connected to your personal story or your cultural identity

• Cozy socks, warm and comfy clothing. There are a number of floor cushions and plenty of seating options but feel free to bring a cushion or blanket from home.

• A dish, or snack to share—vegetarian if possible. We will all contribute to the evening meal. :)
