You are warmly invited to this community care event offering all an opportunity for a reset within an intentional, kind and grounding circle. For this edition, we will pool resources to directly support displaced people in Sudan and to sustain reSource.

I will guide us through mindful and somatic exercises and together we will create a space for all that needs to be said, felt and grounded.

All are welcome, all backgrounds and levels of experience are welcome. Please bring a drink, dish, or snack to share—vegetarian if possible. If you have accessibility needs, please get in touch directly. Our venue is unfortunately not barrier free.

Spaces are limited, please register as soon as possible and by 4 pm 29.9 so we can prepare accordingly. Thank you!

Entry: 10 - 20 Euros suggested, no one is turned away. Donations support Hope & Heaven Refugees/SD and reSource.
