Join us for this special community care event ahead of 1 May to offer all those organizing, volunteering, contributing, supporting and providing care an opportunity for a reset within a calming and grounding circle.

This gathering is lovingly designed for those who take care of others, our beloved community organizers, activists, artists, bodyworkers, social workers, teachers, therapists and volunteers.

I will guide us through mindful and somatic exercises and together we will create a space for all that needs to be said, felt and grounded.

All are welcome, all backgrounds and levels of experience are welcome. Please bring a drink or dish to share. If you are not active in community work at the moment but would like to come and support, please write to see what our capacity is. If you have mobility issues, get in touch directly. Our venue is unfortunately not barrier free.

Spaces are limited, please register by end of day 28.4.

Entry: 5 Euros & up, everything goes towards sustaining reSource.
