I am a first-born, first generation Filipino-American writer, stylist and creative consultant living in Berlin. I revere ritual, meaning-making, communing in community, and bridging differences in culture, ethnicity, and identity through meditative reflection and storytelling. A reiki practitioner, mindfulness and meditation teacher, and verified tree hugger, I host moon phase meditations, cacao rituals, and mindfulness workshops online and in person. 

Contemplative practices have brought me insight, inspiration, balance, and grounding and I look forward to sharing some of these practices and tools with you.
